Features of manhole flange production process: The products of manhole flanges are all welded products without threads. Then use a ring rolling machine to make a circle, and use a welding rod to weld the joint firmly, and X-ray spectrum inspection should be carried out at the welding joint. Then use a press to flatten it, and then use a lathe to process water lines, chamfering and other processes, and finally use an indexing plate to cooperate with a drilling machine to drill the bolt holes.
